   Not everything should be custom. Sometimes an off-the-shelf tool already does the job and we'll tell you to buy it. What's left, we scope: what it does, what it connects to, what it costs, how long it takes.

   We build it and put it into production, integrated with your existing stack. Then we train the people who'll use it and stay close while they do. The first two weeks of real use surface things no spec catches.

  Yes, and most engagements require it. We built Patriot Pipeline's payroll export to match their specific payroll providers rather than dumping a generic file. Integration with your existing stack is usually most of the work.

• Where does AI actually fit?

  Where it removes work a person is doing by hand. Parsing invoices, assembling document packages, generating reports, answering inbound calls. It's a tool inside the software we build, not a product we sell on its own. If a problem doesn't need it, we won't put it there.

• What industries do you work in?

  We've built for construction, accounting, electrical contracting, and auto detailing. Construction is where the deepest work sits. We built the platforms an underground utility contractor runs on. The approach doesn't change by industry: find the expensive manual work, then build the system that removes it.
